1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Amazon Ads Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Amazon Ads Manager is a campaign optimization platform for Amazon Vendor Central Sponsored Products advertising. The Service provides diagnostic analysis, bid and budget recommendations, keyword discovery, and bulk campaign management tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Amazon API Credentials

By connecting your Amazon Vendor Central account, you authorize us to access your advertising data through Amazon's APIs. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that your use complies with Amazon's terms of service.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate Amazon's terms of service or advertising policies
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use the Service to harm competitors or manipulate advertising markets
  • Share account credentials or resell access to the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service provides recommendations based on your campaign data. We do not guarantee specific advertising outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all changes before they are applied to your Amazon campaigns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove all associated data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
