When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you connect your Amazon Vendor Central account, we securely store encrypted API credentials to access your advertising data on your behalf.

Advertising Data

We sync campaign, ad group, keyword, and performance data from Amazon Advertising APIs. This data is used solely to provide diagnostics, optimization recommendations, and reporting within the platform.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment method details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information.

To provide and maintain the service
To sync and analyze your Amazon advertising data
To generate campaign diagnostics and optimization recommendations
To process subscription payments
To send service-related notifications

3. Data Security

API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We follow industry-standard security practices for data storage and access control.

4. Data Retention

We retain your advertising data for the duration of your subscription. When you delete your account, we remove all associated data including encrypted credentials, campaign data, and performance metrics.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Amazon Advertising API — to access your campaign data
Stripe — for payment processing
Vercel — for hosting and analytics
Sentry — for error monitoring (no PII collected)
Neon — for database hosting

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may disconnect your Amazon account and delete your credentials from the dashboard settings.
